7 Week Coaching Program

During this 7-week program we meet online on a weekly basis for an hour and discuss challenges, blocks, and solutions on an energetic/spiritual level as well as physical. If there is a need we use sound baths and other healing modalities during the session to perform remote healing and shift the blocks. During this 7 weeks you will have full support to take your next steps on your journey and step into your true self from a place of power, wisdom, and understanding.
